17 April 2008
After a crazy morning when things weren’t working properly and I was trying to get on a plane, I finally got my ticket & boarded the flight to Washington, D.C. Three some-odd hours later, I was waiting on the concourse at Reagan National Airport for the shuttle that would take me to the hotel. I sat on a post, lowered my camera to nearly street level and shot this:
Waiting for the Shuttle
Not the best shot of the day, but perhaps the most indicative of the style of day I had.
Cheers.

Chili’s Tegestological Contribution Wednesday, Apr 23 2008

16 April 2008
Dinner at Chili’s with Ginger. Dinner with Ginger is always a treat, even when at Chili’s. I’m not overly fond of the place, but it is someplace where nearly everyone can get something that is palatable. And, they do make a decent margarita. I had the bad fortune to have a business trip planned on the day of and the day before Marita Beth’s birthday. So, we had dinner out tonight in celebration of my darling girl’s natal day. And…nary a photo taken aside from this tegestological close-up:
Pepper
Cheers.

Skull & Frog Wednesday, Apr 23 2008

14 April 2008
Went to work this morning, and was just leaving when I got a phone call from the wife. She requested that I drive to Dallas to meet with her, Larry, Denise & Allyson. Since, Larry & Denise were leaving the next day, I made the decision to go. I detest Dallas traffic. We had a lovely dinner at an overpriced Tex-Mex restaurant, then MB asked Ally to go open her Beading Dreams store for me. Lovely, lovely store. Please visit it.
While there, I talked Allyson in to selling me a little skull made of bone. This is it, next to a little tiny frog that has lived on every computer I’ve owned since 1997:
Skull & Frog
Cheers.

Azure Blue for Joe

22 April 2008

Right now, it’s just a pile o’fabric.  But, in a week and a half . . . voila!  It’ll be Joe’s new outfit!
